Current• Preparation of pleadings to be filed in federal and state courts.• Preparation of discovery documents including questions, responses, and objections.• Compilation of client information with maintenance of confidential files.• Relationship establishment with existing clients, new clients, opposing counsel and expert witnesses. • Composition of, and response to, correspondence.• Coordination of court hearings, depositions, arbitrations and mediations.• Monitoring and updating client medical.• Calculation of client physical and economic losses and negotiation of client settlement offers.• Compiling medical information and preparing medical record summaries.• Preparation of deposition summaries for trial.• Analyzing pertinent information with development of attorney trial notebooks.• Assist attorney in all pretrial matters and litigation.• Summarization of legal research.• Maintain and update tickler system of statutes, court dates, events, deadlines and attorney activities.•
