The Visual Design Lead is responsible for the conceptualization, direction, design and production of company print, digital and video collateral, while creating and maintaining Network Health's visual brand and managing all creative work. As a leader on the marketing team, he or she interprets project direction on high-level marketing and communication deliverables to create impactful designs and solutions in support of strategic goals, marketing campaigns and initiatives. He or she must effectively communicate and work with internal clients, executives, agencies and vendors. He or she also oversees quality control of all internal and external creative outputs while fostering cross functional organizational relationships and solutions.

I was responsible for concept, design of corporate identity materials; • Logos, business cards, brochures, posters, billboards, web sites, e-blasts, advertisements. etc., • Developing the overall layout and production design of magazines, newsletters and corporate reports.• Produced promotional displays, packaging and marketing brochures for products and services• Developed material for internet web pages, interactive media, and multimedia projects• Worked directly with clients and area printers

I designed custom publication magazines such as Family, You and Luxury Living, designed direct mail pieces, inserts and spec ads for current and potential new customers. Assisted with ongoing brand and image campaign design and worked jointly with sales staff and customers in designing cost-effective and creative marketing projects.
