Designed and developed 2 new CBT lessons and 2 Instructor-based training lessons in a brief time period with rapidly changing source information. Project included developing storyboards, identifying graphic and programming requirements, working closely with subject matter experts and conducting formative evaluations. Maintain a CBT workload of 92 Computer Based lessons and 171 Instructor -based lessons with requirements of an annual evaluation and a 90-day requirement for technical updates. Includes identifying changes based on technical manual changes, researching student comments and test analysis reports, communicating needed changes to graphic artist and developers, and accomplishing joint reviews with Air Force and Boeing SMEs.

Aided instructional designer in designing and developing new ATTLA lesson, including evaluation of material and test questions. Helped ID manage all parts of training in preparation for release. Coordinated Phase CBT on CD ROM deliveries to all sites and Air Force customers, involving lessons, guides, curriculum, and glossary files. Verified that CDs went through a complete evaluation process. Managed the CD duplication effort and prepared materials for shipment. Trained teammates in the CBT on CD ROM building, duplication, evaluation and shipping processes. Managed graphic artist’s training in Authorware lesson development to help with departmental workload. Updated CBTs for release, updating graphics to current industry standards. Helped programmer design and develop a Version Control Database for departmental use as well as Air Force use on request. Maintained the Version Control Log with the latest lesson, guide, glossary and panel drawing releases and trained others to maintain it.Supported the IDs in Change Management projects by updating courseware with changing technical information. Active involvement on the Courseware department's Employee Involvement team for revision of the Style Guide (procedures manual) consisting of department processes, standards, and job aids. Made recommendations for improvement and ease in finding information in the manual, as well as updated several job aids and processes.
