My role at Cranmore Executive Search was to ensure that all administrative, operational, and HR needs of the company are met. This includes ensuring that the office was properly organised and running smoothly. I supported the Managing Partners in an Executive Assistant capacity. I was also responsible for designing and implementing systems and procedures, and providing general support to the staff. Additionally, I monitored the performance of staff and provide regular feedback to ensure the highest level of service delivery.

In this role, I provided administrative support across the Talent Function including Operations, Acquisition, Learning and Development and to the Senior Director of Talent. I was the initial point of contact for all employee queries.I prepared a number of reports on both a monthly and ad-hoc basis and presented the findings to senior leadership. I worked alongside Finance to provide monthly payroll reports for both our Belfast and Dublin offices.I was responsible for managing the efficient implementation of HR policies and procedures such as family leave and sickness. I maintained all employee records and kept the HRIS systems up to date and accurate. In 2021 I completed the FEC report.

In this role I supported a number of the Executive Team. My main responsibilities included minute taking, calendar, inbox and travel management, visitor management, a range of administrative tasks, managing office stock such as stationery for 500+ people and event organisation.I worked alongside a small team to organise both industry related events, Summer and Christmas employee events for both them and their families.

In this role, I reported directly to the director of CMPR and I undertook a range of executive assistant responsibilities including calendar and travel management. In addition to my EA responsibilities, I was a member of the event team for 2 seasons of Belfast Fashion Week. In my role, I managed a group of 20+ volunteers and was the key liaison for sponsors and models.During my time at CMPR I managed many product launch events and I was responsible for organising countless CMPR Models photo shoots.Working in a fast paced environment taught me to be adaptable and how to stay organised while working through a number of conflicting priorities.
