Leading the development of the digital transformation portfolio (Transforming our Future Delivery (ToFD)) focused on delivering the enhanced digital capability of Scottish Water (SW) and its supply chain in the planning and delivery of the 2021-2027 capital investment programme. Undertaking the role of internal consultant through exploring with the SW business, digital partners, and technical and management consultants the potential opportunities to build on and grow the digital capability of the organisation.
