> I lead the Business Support Team. The role is varied, busy and very fulfilling. We support the training team by preparing presentations and packs, arranging venues and delegates requirements. We also cover phones for the Conciliation Duty Cover Team, order office stationery and supplies, and deal with staff's expenses. I approve credit card payments, and support the local office by resolving premises and health and safety issues as they arise and on a proactive basis. I support the area's Finance plan. I am responsible for dealing with mediation enquiries, and I arrange for mediation to take place when required.
