The Consumer Banking & Merrill Registered Market Leader will manage a team that may be comprised of field-based Financial Solutions Advisors, Bank Financial Advisors, and/or Financial Center Managers and Relationship Managers. The leader will drive local strategies and tactics surrounding the client experience, client relationships and deepening, and operational excellence at the market and financial center levels. They will focus on developing and executing client-driven market strategies to drive operational excellence and client-deepening strategies while adhering to regulatory, securities and supervision laws, policies and procedures.Market Leaders build partnerships across the organization, integrate and drive strategic management, and have experience in coaching and developing employees to deliver a client relationship oriented culture. This leader is responsible for holding all financial center associates accountable for operational excellence and for deepening client relationships by following established client relationship care processes and building robust Consumer and Enterprise partner relationships. This role is a fully registered position with supervisory responsibility and will comply with all rules and regulations for registered and non-registered employees when coaching performance and behaviors. Managed team to be #1 on a national peer ranking of 13 teams for the time under my management. Developed, implemented and applied training and development to enable representatives to be promoted to other departments. Coordinated the enhancement of the way we do business bringing Jacksonville sales teams from 5 out of 5 sites to 1 out of 5 sites.

Supervised up to 26 in the retail sales division. Recruited, trained, evaluated, rewarded, disciplined and dismissed staff. Conducted training and development seminars for new employees in the department. Conducted annual performance evaluations. Processed and approved annual increases for those I managed.

Trained in financial sales. Performed top of my peers in all sales campaigns. Reviewed on assets moved into Fidelity, business partner leads and providing world class interactions. I was asked to step in for my manager while he was assigned to another function with in 4 months of my role which lead to a permanent position with the firm as a leader.

I was hired and trained to become a full trader which included trading in securities for clients accounts. I traded Mutual Funds, Stocks, Bonds, and Options. In this role I had to perform complex margin calculations, educate clients on general investment strategies, and responsible for my compliance record.
