Details Leading the NES-Reliability Team •Researching/Programming Capacitor Bank Monitor Systems to work with TVA for Load Shedding•Planning, organizing and scheduling work load and production by delegating tasks to various work groups; Coordinating technical work with other departments and outside agencies through personal contact, by phone, email, or in writing the resolve of customer complaints and needs. •Creating database applications for maintaining information and tracking created work requests. •Investigating and analyzing customer complaints for residential, industrial and commercial electrical problems by assignment using thermography for many different electrical facilities for proactive & preventive maintenance and resolutions to existing problems to improve our overall Reliability Indices-with focus on CAIDI, SAIDI, SAIFI, MAIFI, and ASAI•Researching, recommending, and justifying new and testing/protective equipment and material for the repair or replacement of electrical devices. •Creating and maintaining budget for Reliability Issues.•Expanding knowledge of OSHA safety procedures due to working around high voltage and adverse environments•Recommending changes in work flow methods (efficiency) with other departments, on special projects, for customer complaints; Educating and encouraging others to improve our existing system from set goals and monitoring resolutions; calculating IEEE Indices Standards, providing graphs for formal reports, and delivering supportive technical presentations •Working with various departments for improvements of load analysis and power quality; Researching and developing specifications for products and equipment with regards to standards, availability, and industry trends, Reviewing NESC, IEEE, and RUS Standards and applying codes accordingly with the focus of exceeding existing reliability indices standards•Designing and contributing to the Design Engineering Department Web site using SharePointSpecialties: *Licensed Infrared Thermographer–Level II*Computer Skills: SharePoint, AutoCAD, FeederAll, Telemetric Programming Logic, Adobe Editor, Ellipse, FeederAll, Load Smart, Microsoft: Word, Access, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, Paint, Visio, NetObjects, Flash, Adobe Photoshop Elements, Adobe Acrobat, CADOps, E-Terra, ABB Network, SCADA Map Board*Tools: FLIR Infrared Cameral, TCO12, T646.
