Jones also has offices in Green Bay | Minneapolis | Dallas | Denver | Philadelphia | Richmond | Virginia Beach | Tampa | Miami | Tijuana | Juarez | Reno | Las Vegas | San Diego | Los Angeles | PhoenixBalance a diverse portfolio of project types - from local executions and one-off custom fabrication work to national-level projects and complete client rebrands – overseeing dozens of unique projects at any given time.• Work with cross-functional teams within the Jones design, fabrication, and installation network to efficiently manage project scope, timeline, and budget.• Manage fabrications through production facilities, using live metrics to track adherence to budgeted materials and labor hours and correcting courses where needed. Review completed fabrications to ensure that quality and brand standards are met.• Coordinate on-site work within timelines established by general contractors, working closely with project managers and site superintendents in one-on-one settings and in construction meetings alongside overlapping trades.• Seek and vet contractor bids for best fit within project scope and budget. Negotiate contracts, manage contractors through project life cycle - adjusting scope when required - and close out after fulfillment. • Manage partners and subcontractors with timely and clear communication, ensuring they have all they need and more for full accountability of their contracted scope and schedule.• Utilize personal experience and the vast experience of the combined Jones team to develop creative and effective solutions to problems or unique challenges as they arise through a project’s lifecycle.
