Hey, I'm a dog and cat loving owner of a Boston Terrier (Harvey), a mongrel rescue dog (Vinny) and a ragdoll cat (Rocky) and when I'm not running round after them, my son keeps me busy! I'm from the North East of England although have lived and worked in West Central Scotland for more than 20 years, although I'm told I've not lost my accent, perhaps only a wee bit!!!My background has always included a huge focus on Customer Service, so it's perhaps no surprise that I've ended up as a Customer Success Manager with an ePortfolio company, Proof Positive. As a former training officer, VQ assessor/verifier and with a background in administration. vocational qualifications and eLearning, I have, and always will endeavour to provide the best customer service to our customers. I hope that one day I can retire to the country with lots of dogs!!!Debra
