I am an experienced Program Manager with 8+ years of comprehensive experience in the public and private sector, focusing on strategic program management and coordination in social enterprise and the arts. Presently, I am Chief of Staff at AVPN driving the network's strategic vision by serving as key advisor to CEO and the management team and coordinating cross functional initiatives. Prior, I was with with NUS Enterprise, where I enabled corporate innovation with curated solutions from the NUS startup and IP ecosystem. I also have past experience at the SIF Young Social Entrepreneurs (YSE) Programme, where I curated local and regional programmes to inspire, equip and enable international young social entrepreneurs. My work has enabled me to develop expertise across ASEAN, India and China where I have convened workshops and study visits as part of the programme. I am detail-oriented with proven abilities in working in high-performing teams to deliver multiple large scale regional projects, seeking opportunities and to make an impact in community through my work.I am passionate about the arts and continuously engages with the arts and culture community as both participant and practitioner through my daily work and volunteering activities outside of my day job.
