Manage the Social Impact performance at LGT Impact's portfolio organization MamaDaV - 果敢时代(大V店), and support LGT IV's partnership development as the 2016 LGT Impact Fellow. Supported MamaDaV to set up the strategic CSR program "Read for Love Campaign" which expanded to over 700 locations, supported the founding and implementation of its philanthropy fund under China Social Welfare Foundation; Built key partnership with international partners, government agents, media and various NGOs; Tailor-made a toolkit of social impact management for the company.

Responsible for research, developing, managing and delivering programs/products relating to Social Finance sector, such as Green Finance, Charitable Trust, SME Financing and Social Investment Fund.Served as the program director of China Initiative for Social Finance, joint program between Beijing Normal University and CreditEase since Sep. 2014. Responsible of holding the 1st and 2nd China Social Finance Forum. Worked with scholars, researchers and volunteers to translate books, case-studies and tool-kits on responsible investment and venture philanthropy.

In charge of consolidating microfinance training programs with partners, providing technical and Social Performance Management assistance to member organizations; Chief Editor of magazine, reports and social media.
