Team lead of both the Revenue Agreement Management Systems team and the SAP Finance team within LAWA. Responsible for the system administration and technical management of PropWorks and the SAP Finance, Cost Controlling, and Funds Management modules, in addition to the reporting systems that support them. This includes system optimization, system implementation, testing, user training, year-end implementation, bill rule development, and error tracking. PropWorks/RAMS and SAP are the financial systems of record for Los Angeles World Airports. Additional responsibilities include holding the role of lead developer of automated reports created with the Jasper Reporting suite, which are distributed to client divisions, airport management, the press, and other interested parties. This includes working with client divisions to develop new reporting parameters, programming reports, error testing, and mounting reports on the JasperServer platform. Additional duties include working as the acting supervisor of the RAMS and SAP FI teams, writing training and user manuals, developing upgrade recommendations, handling user requests, and data integrity auditing.

As the PropWorks/RAMS software is the digital version of billing contracts for the Los Angeles World Airports, it generates more than $80 million in billable invoices per month, requiring in-depth knowledge of billing procedures and the flexibility to develop new billing methods as contracts evolve over time. Additional responsibilities include holding the role of lead developer of automated reports created with the Jasper Reporting suite, which are distributed to client divisions, airport management, the press, and other interested parties.
