I founded Novacroft in 1998 with a vision to bring talented individuals together to embrace technology and innovation and change the way things are done for the better. My journey as an entrepreneur has had business growth, leadership, business planning, balancing long and short term goals, building and engaging a strong team and maintaining a healthy work life balance at its heart. Today, from our Northampton base, we’re a multi million pound award-winning smart technology, software solution and customer support team working with clients including Transport for London and The Royal British Legion to simplify complex processes. I was part of Cranfield University’s Business Growth Programme in 2007 and am proud to have previously been Cranfield University’s Entrepreneur Alumnus of the Year. I have been shortlisted for accolades including Entrepreneur of the Year in the National Business Awards and in 2018 I received a nomination for Northampton Borough Council’s Inspirational Woman Award. I champion careers in STEM to contribute to the growth of the UK economy, speaking in schools and at events and being, for example, an active supporter and mentor as part of Transport for London’s recent 100 Years of Women in Transport campaign.I have a vision to make a difference for many more years to come.

The Kindness Movement aims to promote the importance of kindness within our society. We want to show how being kind to ourselves and others can have an impact on our global community.​That is why we launched The Kindness Book, an educational resource for primary school teachers to introduce the topic of kindness in classrooms. The book invites children to recall small acts of kindness with each other.
