  I am currently leading a team of Project Managers within the Information Technology's Core Services (Infrastructure) area. I'm responsible for team delivery of all Project Management Office projects/programs in the Lifecycle and Delivery, Server & Storage Engineering, Data Centers, Mainframe Engineering & Production Control, Network Engineering & VOICE Hardware, Deployment and Fulfillment teams. • I'm currently managing a team of 6 Project/Program Managers within Core Services, however I have managed larger teams of 20 Project Managers. • Yearly Budget - $100M (delivering 52+ projects w/budgets of $200,000 - $22.1Million).• I am currently overseeing program management support for the UNIFY Program’s Data Center Consolidation efforts (Budget $22.1M). • I co-led an Agile/Version One Transition Training Team as our PMO migrated from Waterfall to Agile methodology (delivered training for 600 PMs, Developers, and Business Partners). • I implemented, Gating standards for the Infrastructure Services PMO teams, resulting in department-wide consistent project management standards.• I implemented IELC (Infrastructure Engineering Lifecycle) process improvement standards for Infrastructure PMO Project Managers, resulting in the governance of department-wide standards.Alliance, Delivery Lead - Consumer Household-CoHo, Jan 2008 – Jan 2011 I successfully led a Project Management team in the transition of our Consumer Household product lines (Motorcycle, Motorhome, Mobilehome, Boat, Renters, etc…) from the ALSTAR platform to the Alliance platform, resulting in the adoption of a single sales and service system which reduced Agency processing times.• CoHo Yearly Budget - $6M (Run The Business Portfolio) - 40+ projects at $200,000 - $3M delivered on time and within budget.
