Pantaloons Kolkata

The internship project at ABNL - Pantaloons required me to critically analyse the impact of newly launched brands on Consumer Perception towards Pantaloons Fashion & Retail Ltd and study the customer reaction to the new PBGC(Payback Green card) scheme.The study consisted of quantitative research using survey questionnaires to collect data from 298 shoppers in Kolkata. Quantitative statistics were used to analyze data variables and test hypotheses. Apart from the survey, Exploratory research was also carried out at the stores in Kolkata,Durgapur and Siliguri.•Conducted detailed Market Research through Qualitative and Observational Surveys to gauge customer perception regarding newly phased in MFL apparel brands•Developed and implemented a training module for Floor Staff across outlets, increasing customer retentionAchievement:-Successfully implemented recommendations to increase Loyalty Card conversions and customer footfall over a period of 8 weeks
