My clients have been Retail, Banking & Finance industry leaders like Canon, Citi Bank, Citi Mortgage and ABN AMRO. These projects were conducted in various geographies like India, USA, UK and Netherlands. In my latest role, I set up two Agile teams from scratch and led the team into several successful projects for various countries across Europe. One of my most exciting roles has been in the Citi Bank Agile initiative in Citi’s Agile and Digital Transformation involving the Citi Banking App development and testing for Credit Cards/Retail bank users. As part of this project I played the role of a scrum Master and Test Lead. I love working with people and have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and have been leading and coaching teams in Agile Principles. Also, I have helped business, compliance and legal teams in developing Functional and Business Requirement Documents and comprehensive test strategies.
