I am the founder and former CEO of LAC Group, a company of information professionals, procurement specialists and data analysts that support business development, legal, scientific and business research and competitive intelligence for law firms and corporations on a managed services basis. Under my leadership and vision, LAC grew from a boutique staffing firm to an international corporation supporting Fortune 100 and AmLaw 100/200 firms. After 36 years, I stepped away from a formal role in 2020, and continue to be involved, however peripherally in the company's strategic direction. I am still connected to LAC as I lead and support research for one of LAC's top clients, and AmLaw 200 law firm. I completed and was awarded formal executive coaching certification from the Berkeley Executive Institute (BECI) in June 2022 and am looking forward to beginning my practice in the fall, specializing in executives and entrepreneurs working through operational challenges, business development and strategic planning implementation. I serve on a couple of boards for two start-up companies in various stages of growth, and look forward to contributing to other organizations as befits their needs and my experience in managing professional services and people.
