About Deborah Talbot
As President of Health Resources, and later, AllOne Health, I was able to follow my entrepreneurial spirit, and expand the organization from a local healthcare provider to a leader in workforce health and wellness. The organization grew 900% during my tenure and grew to provide services to many fortune 500 organizations on a global scale, providing service in all 50 states and in 23 countries. I recognized the value of a single-source provider with global capabilities early-on. I conceptualized and developed this product, and helped secure the initial client contracts. This product grew to represent 70% of the company’s revenue stream. Based on the organization’s success, I was invited to participate as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team providing consultation to the National Health Service of the United Kingdom. The goal was to establish a similar model of Occupational Health, EAP, and Wellness services within the Health Trusts, including some of the largest hospitals in Europe. I led the organization through 4 successful acquisitions. In 2006 I helped execute our strategy to sell our company stock to become a subsidiary of Blue Cross of NorthEastern Pennsylvania, where I continued to lead the organization. Most recently, I have enjoyed working as a business consultant for leading healthcare organizations, including such mission-driven organizations as Boston Medical Center and Commonwealth Care Alliance. Having finished the last year at CCA, I am interested in pursuing a leadership or new consulting role where I can capitalize on my ability to think strategically and execute operationally.
