Worked onsite at the Housing and Urban Development in Washington, DC on the implementation of Shared Services. This was a multi-year, multi-project program for standardizing financial management, procurement, travel, and HR services across the entire HUD agency. To date this is Treasury's largest Shared Services implementation.

Provided oversight to operations managers across all clinical simulation centers. Focused on smooth standard operations, cost-effective innovative education, and staff development. Managed key projects such as the building of a new state-of-the-art simulation center. Standardized and improved processes to support a high quality and efficient American Heart Association Training Center for over 5000 participants a year. Advised on business, sales, technology, and Six Sigma as a key leader.

Wrote software and designed hardware for new microprocessor and telecommunications products.* As a systems designer for the world's first 32-bit microprocessor, the Motorola 68020, was responsible for the systems testing of the coprocessor interface. Wrote code in C to produce machine language which would test the hardware and microcode. Designed parts of a hardware simulator, translating CMOS to TTL. Errors in hardware and microcode were found before costly production of the chips. * Won Motorola's Technical Award for Excellence with the invention of the MC6804 software simulator which saved the company hundreds of thousands of dollars in production costs.* Spent the first year on an Engineering Rotational Program working in telecommunications marketing and chip design. Participated in the highly selective 3 month software program at headquarters.
