Reporting to the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), I am responsible for the successful delivery of all Construction activities. I joined Larkfleet in September 2018 as an interim Construction Director and was subsequently appointed to the role in November 2018.

Reporting to the Managing Directors, I was responsible for the successful delivery of all construction works, including oversight of Contracts. In my tenure, I introduced new processes to ensure build targets were met safely and within budget by implementing robust planning methods with strong budgeting controls in-built. I also resolved many construction and quality issues, recommending and monitoring course corrective actions.

Working alongside a family owned Board of Directors, I headed up the contracts and construction division for Metek UK Limited, a leader in light-gage steel frame (project ranging from £300,000 up to £10 million; residential and commercial). I introduced construction programming and a new inspection and test plan (ITP) for handover. The ITP was subsequently adopted by the Vinci and Midas. I also delivered Constructionline, Acclaim Accreditation and SMAS Worksafe schemes.

Headed up the Special Project division to review operations. In particular, Crendon’s supply and fix contracts - National Engineering Contract (NEC3) and Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT). I overhauled Health & Safety to ensure compliance, making recommendations to the Board on current initiatives and providing guidance to the CM/QS aspects of portfolio.

Prestoplan Ltd was the UK Timber Frame manufacturing arm of Taylor Wimpey Construction PLC.Responsible for heading up and directing all on-site construction activities for £22million business, ensuring divisional goals and objectives were met with quality and within budget. At the same time I led and optimized Operations for Prestoplan's factory facility which had 160 factory operatives working over two shifts.Responsible for the delivery of projects to support growth plan from £19million to £40million turnover in a 3 year period.
