Currently working as a Project Coordinator at Uniphore. In addition to coordinating Quantify projects, my role also includes the provisioning & management of all hardware and software licenses, and initial project communications on all Quantify opportunities.My previous role as the Project Operations Administrator centred on managing and continually improving processes, primarily within the former Red Box Project Delivery team. I transitioned into this role after starting at Red Box as an Operations & Support Graduate, where I learned how to transfer the skills I learned at university into a workplace environment. I continue to work on some process-related items, however these are typically now more maintenance-type actions (e.g. keeping our project template documentation relevant and up-to-date) or focused on the new Conversa platform.I've recently moved to the Derby area, after years of renting in Nottingham. Outside of work my main interests are music (moving was a great excuse to blow the dust off my piano...), and video games; JRPGs are a particular weak spot!
