As an Accreditation and Sales Executive, I had the unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the dynamic world of a sports-focused tech conference at One-Zero Indianapolis. In this multifaceted role, I managed the intricate accreditation processes, ensuring that attendees had a seamless registration experience and I engaged in sales initiatives to drive event participation.This summer, I had the honor of culminating my efforts as the Stage Manager for a remarkable event in Indianapolis, which took place from August 21st to August 23rd. My involvement in this high-energy environment allowed me to witness the convergence of cutting-edge technology and the world of sports firsthand.I am proud to have contributed to the success of One-Zero, bringing together industry leaders and innovators in Indianapolis. Through this experience, I honed my skills in accreditation management, sales strategy, and event coordination, all while immersing myself in the vibrant sports tech community. Representing large retail brands leaves those promoting open to customer issues and complaints, being the first person they've met wearing Windows or Apple branded clothing meant my reps, and therefore I was the focus of any and all customer issues.
