Tyrone, N.Ireland from initial start date to contract hand over of re-created building to client within time and budget.Liaising and reporting with all parties involved in the project to include architects, quantity surveyors and designers. The recreation of original features through modern techniques and original standard craftsmanship to match that of the standards used in the original building.Casting molds from planed design and templates, manufacture of molds in workshop, fitting on site at 45 backward degree pitched angle to apex of roof and finishing ready for decoration.Recreating of plastered curved archways of gothic design throughout building and the hand run of all archway’s to match and recreate original design of interior.The maintaining and enforcement of site health & safety for the duration of the contract.

United Arab Emirates

Worked on the Sun & Sky Towers project which was an iconic development on the Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi. The sun and sky towers were a 74-storey flagship developments, the work consisted of a mix of residential, commercial, business and leisure units.My main duties included working along with architects, interior designers, engineers and sub-contractors, to coordinate the internal rendering finish of the project; I supervised a team of over 80 plasters. Each squad of plasters was dived into teams of 10 to maximise workflow onsite. I was responsible for ensuring each team worked as efficiently & safely as possible.

Belfast N.Ireland

Foreman of and supplier of plasterers in the delivery of all internal and external plastering to Danesfort development of Victorian style town houses and apartments of Malone Road Belfast. Contract consisted of management and supply of plastering services to 20 No. two and three story luxury apartments and approximately 50 No. two and three story town houses, from scratch coats to K-Rend, Wet dash and Fine float finishes. Interior works consisted of floating and skimmed finishes as well as installation of plaster molds throughout development.Working to exact drawings and dimensions for complete duration of contract to finish date.

Projects included: Primary Schools, Council Offices and Approximately 45 houses.

Omagh

Responsible for supply of plasterers and materials in a 65 No. mixed development 2 story housing development. Works included all internal and external plaster works. Project was finished on time, within budget with zero lost time accidents.
