Despite being new to the role I was once able to sell the most ‘charity baubles’, a proud moment for myself as the money went to The Prince’s Trust which helps get young people into work, education and training, a cause I sincerely believe in. I consider my time here to be a tremendously rewarding experience for which I found great joy and satisfaction in the many duties which it entailed. My organizational skills were strengthened as I was responsible for planning lessons for either groups or individual children across KS2 year groups on a daily basis, which I would then teach before recording and filing their progress through lesson evaluations with the purpose of constantly improving my own lessons as well as making sure pupils… Show more I consider my time here to be a tremendously rewarding experience for which I found great joy and satisfaction in the many duties which it entailed. Through general classroom support work I managed to build relationships with all pupils I worked with, ensuring I noticed and met their learning and emotional needs, creating happy and fulfilled students. I also helped pupils flourish creatively as I would support them in creating classroom art displays as well as helping them to develop their own acts during school talent shows and musicals, myself often backing their performance as a guitarist of 10+ years.
