CurrentResponsible for end to end service delivery monitoring and proactive intervention to deliver 24x7 customer service level support of Dell Technologies products to customers worldwide.• Team of ~200 people located across 8 different countries• Key operational functions include service delivery monitoring & proactive alerting; service delivery backlog resolution & cycle time attainment; customer escalation triage; business resiliency planning, crisis management & disaster recovery• Driving transformational change through the digitisation & automation of existing and new processes leveraging new technologies (Pega & Celonis), data science, machine learning and process mining to deliver a predictive exception-based action operational center• Creating a learning work environment where our team members can develop and grow their careers
