• Controlling the company’s Instagram and Facebook accounts for marketing and customer relations purposes.• Regular posting of photos, information and other relevant content to support the business. • Creating content and advertisements at request of business owner for promotions, specials and updates.• Dealing with and resolving customer questions and orders over social media.• Advising on the company’s social media requirements and developing marketing strategies.• Updating and improving the company’s Google My Business listing.• Control of the company’s Google Ads account.

• Managing, supervising and organizing the day-to-day activities and production schedule of two store locations.• Overseeing the production staff and ensuring all work is done to a certain quality and follow safety procedures.• Producing, printing and installing of signs and decals, for a wide range of clients, utilizing highly valuable materials and complex technological equipment including state of the art professional printers and machinery and other tools including vinyl plotting machines and substrate cutters.• Creating ideas for businesses by designing signs and decals using the software CorelDraw using a range of techniques and skills.• Liaising and building relationships with clients during the pre-contract, and design phase, including identifying and offering clients ideas and options for materials, designs and installation that would best suit their individual project. • On-site attendances and interaction with clients during the design and installation phase. • Raising and recording of invoices, and receipt and recording of client payments in person and by phone.• Supervising the business and its activities when the proprietor is unavailable including the opening and closing of the business.• Participating in developing business and financial plans, strategies, work scheduling and promotions.• Dealing with customer feedback and in the (rare) case of complaints, liaising with clients to resolve and if necessary, rectify any issues.• Working across two store locations in which the business is run, focusing the correct amount of time between the two to make sure business is running smoothly for both shops.
