  As Managing Director of what is now a 50-person company I have a major role in strategy and business development as well as a hands-on role in the running of the business. I joined NDL in 1996 as Sales Manager, becoming Sales and Marketing Director by 30. I became one of two major shareholders in the business from 1 Jan 2004, initially in the turnaround phase as Sales and Marketing Director, then as Managing Director from 2006.
