NDL History: During a decade when there has been massive change in business and IT, NDL has a solid track record of delivering value to our customers: • The MD (Declan Grogan) and I bought NDL in 2004.• We subsequently acquired 2 other companies Metasycbe and Appswing, and integrated them into one business.• We have moved the business from terminal emulation software, to integration and mobile toolkits. • We have established a solid position in the Local Government, Housing and Health markets.• We have many case studies showing significant proven Return on Investment (ROI) from the use of the NDL products.• The NDL User Group was started in 2005 and attracted over 100 customers to the last meeting.• NDL is consistently profitable and has predictable future income based on its system of subscription licensing. I’m delighted with the results achieved by the NDL team. It’s a credit to all, including our customers, that we have built NDL into a stable and sustainable business.
