- Regular travel to sites across the Europe and Worldwide to meet clients’ SLA’s- Assist in the installation of Immersive video conferencing systems - These included Cisco TelePresence CTS-500, CTS-1000 & CTS-3000; TX9000 & TX9200; and IX5000 & IX5200 systems - Carry out RMAs on faulty systems and assist with technical support specialists e.g., Cisco NOC.
