- Liaise with sales team and clients to identify their audio-visual requirements. - Investigate and undertake analysis on how to improve existing projects or components.- Participate in meetings, design reviews and coordination sessions with clients, colleagues and contractors involved in a project. - Undertake modelling and design around the room acoustics, size, and functionality of the space.- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), and assist the CAD team in providing drawings, schematics to visualise projects.- Visit project sites in-person or remotely for inspections, measurements, commissioning, and testing.

- Providing detailed documentation and technical handovers to the Design Team to support the delivery of projects.- Following audio visual drawings including schematics, rack layouts, M&E and structured cable drawings along with reporting updates back to the design teams if any proposals or changes are required- Assist in making a Bill of Materials (BOM) for each type of standard system installed and keeping it under continuous review to ensure the correct hardware and miscellaneous items are delivered to site - Strong knowledge in configuring of Control, DSP & Audio systems, Network switch and router configurations, and video conferencing systems when required o Hands-on programming experience in hardware such as: Cisco, Polycom, Logitech, Biamp, QSC, Extron, Crestron, Shure, Audinate, ClearOne, etc. - Overseeing the work of others and assisting in the development of the team.

- Leading projects on site which will involve liaising with clients, site managers and contractors throughout project delivery and providing project progress reports.- Moving from an Immersive world to more Integrated AV technologies installing LED Screens, Projectors, Video Walls, and Large Format Displays, through to audio equipment, speakers, microphones etc., combined with latest video conferencing systems- Hardware examples include Cisco SX80 & Webex Pro, Samsung & NEC, JBL & Extron speaker, Audio Technica & Shure, etc. - Carrying out site surveys to make sure room requirements meet the standard required. For example: confirming walls are reinforced, conduits are in place, the correct Power & Data, Acoustics, and lighting needs are met. - Performing preventative maintenance visits to ensure clients’ supported equipment remains in optimum working order and up to date feedback is reported to designated teams.

- Regular travel to sites across the Europe and Worldwide to meet clients’ SLA’s- Assist in the installation of Immersive video conferencing systems - These included Cisco TelePresence CTS-500, CTS-1000 & CTS-3000; TX9000 & TX9200; and IX5000 & IX5200 systems - Carry out RMAs on faulty systems and assist with technical support specialists e.g., Cisco NOC to carry out troubleshooting, including replacing parts as required.- Pulling, terminating (crimping & soldering), and testing all cable and wiring associated with audio/video cables.
