Leading a team of Project managers, responsible for the delivery of multiple programs.

• Manage the business and global operational activities of large-scale international programs that are active in multiple countries covering the Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific and Africa.• Ensure that the program deliverables are produced at appropriate levels of quality, on time, within budget and are in accordance with the program goals.• Manage program schedules and changes; determine their impact and address customer support requests with the required resource allocation.• Manage communications with all stakeholders and delivery weekly status reports to both stakeholders and senior management.

• Project managed the construction of regional sites for each major destination in Spain under the umbrella of the Hoteles.es brand using HTML and Coldfusion including reservations panels linked to a reservations engine• Responsible for a multi-disciplinary team of four ensuring clarity of goals for the team with focus on avoiding bottlenecks through awareness of interdependencies and transparency of targets and progress• Coordinated with development teams to ensure new versions were incorporated and feeds produced in liaison with the Contracts Department; this allowed contracts to be signed off with minimum lag before work began • Conducted analyses to ensure the strict adherence of both accessibility and usability standards having devised a checklist of elements and numerous functionality tests which consistently speeded up time to “go live” • Maintained a close working relationship with the Contracts Department and external hotel providers to guarantee the inclusion of new hotel XML feeds
