LI offered debt & asset finance solutions plus treasury & risk management services. Part of the Global Lloyds Banking Group. Reporting directly into C level whilst managing governance requirements into a central PMO. I managed the project scope, management plans & budget estimates for the delivery & execution of a key regulatory project. .• Delivered regular presentations and communications to executive committee locally.• Managed communication with key stakeholders in head office in the UK including requirements project status, project timelines, tasks & issues. • Managed key interdependences & timelines between other key global regulatory projects within the wider group and locally in Asia Pacific region. • Delivered the project within weak matrix environment whilst influencing and negotiating with senior stakeholders to release required subject matter experts for project tasks.• Met regulator’s required timelines despite the project being delivered under a business as usual approach and with communication and time zone challenges with key deliverables taking place between Sydney and in the UKKEY PROJECTBank of Scotland Treasury License Withdrawal.
