Following JourneyMasters, Declan has been with boutique incentive houses including Marketing Horizons in Connecticut, where he served as Vice President.Declan has directed worldwide meeting, fundraising, event and incentive programs for corporations on three continents to countries including Turkey, Greece, Mexico, Australia, Canada UK, Caribbean, USA, and his native Ireland. As an active participant in SITE (Society of Incentive Travel Executives), he is a recipient of a SITE Crystal Award for Promotion and Communications. A career outstanding achievement includes securing Valderrama Golf Course (Home to the 1997 Ryder Cup), for Spalding Sports Worldwide, the first time in this exclusive courses' history that it ever hosted a private corporate event.
