As head of presales for Capstone, I managed the end to end design and documentation of customer solutions. From the initial meeting to discuss the requirements to the High Level Design and Statement of Works, I was responsible for the delivery of a fully costed and scoped UC and CC solution. Focusing mainly on Avaya Aura but also looking at IP Office as the customer's PBX, I was also well versed in the delivery of solutions to ease pain points such as regulatory compliance for card payments (PCI) or financial services (MiFiD 2).
