I have working in Eco lighting for more than 3 years, from a beginner to eligible sales on home decorative lighting.I feel home in company, and have good relationships with my colleges. We are a team, a entirety, not a single individual. I discuss with my colleagues to find the best solutions for customers, not decide by myself. With 3 years in company, I know every colleague’s personality, and know the best way to communicate with them. With full experience on attending fairs, I feel more and more relax when facing to whole world customers. Now I can introduce our lights efficiently, know customers’ concern, offer different proposal to different customers'needs. I am studying and learning lighting design and home decoration design (like furniture, worked for 1 year). I deeply know fashion and design trend is very important for home decoration lights. It's important to next year’s sales turnover. I really want to be the sales who can know what’s buyer are looking for and the one who can recommend right items to buyer :) this is my target.
