As a learning and culture, there are three areas that fall under my responsibility.1. Learning & Development:In this area, my main responsibility is to design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs for employees. This includes identifying training needs, creating training materials and resources, conducting training sessions, and assessing the effectiveness of the programs. The goal is to enhance the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of individuals and teams within the organization.2. Organizational Culture:Another important aspect of my role is to foster and promote a positive and inclusive organizational culture. This involves developing strategies and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, collaboration, and well-being. I work towards creating a supportive and respectful work environment where employees feel valued and motivated to contribute their best.3. Business Process DevelopmentIn this role, my main focus is on analyzing, improving, and implementing effective business processes within the organization. The goal is to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and optimize resource utilization. This involves examining process flows, gathering data, and identifying pain points or areas for optimization. The key aspects of my work in Business Process Development are Process Analysis, Process Mapping and Documentation, Process Improvement, Change Management, & Performance Monitoring and Measurement.

As Organization Development, I was responsible to help organization reach their vision & purpose by develop effective business process, doing job analysis, work load analysis, job evaluation, review & updated competency matrix & dictionary, organization structure, and manage employee performance by implementing performance management system.

Erajaya Group (Erafone, Ibox, Urban Republic, Mi Store, TAM, etc) is distributor & retail company of mobile telecommunication devices, subscriber identity module card (SIM Card), mobile network operator voucher top-up, accessories, Internet of Things (IoT) devices, and Google Play Card voucher.As HRBP, I was responsible to help employees and leaders manage & resolves all HR issue in the business units by proactively supports the delivery of HR processes, conduct HR Calendars (Budgeting, Man Power Planning, Performance Management System, Salary Increase, & Employee Promotions), conduct weekly meetings with respective business units, consult with line management by providing HR policy guidance & interpretation when appropriate, manages and resolves employee relations issues, identify training & coaching needs, evaluate and monitor training programs to ensure success & training objectives are met, doing job analysis, assisting Talent Development Program in corporate (Management Trainee, Leadership Development Program, etc), identify talent in business unit and ensure talent development process is align with organization needs, working & manages relation with other HR personel to ensure & improve the effectiveness of the program (Assessment, Talent Acquisition, and Learning Development), clearly and concisely presenting and communicating key people data to HR colleagues and other stakeholders.
