I work as a head of financial department on real estate corporation located in Tangerang. I responsible of all the fund matters from cash inflow to cash outflow. Working I do routine such as make cashflow, count the value of sales, bank reconcile, petty cash, make schedule of vendor payment, collect budget proposal from all department, make cash request to BOD, distribute the cash through all department. I also communicate and negotiate with external parties such as notaries and banks.Beside of that I also taking care of accounting and tax matters. I do supervision to daily staff task like paying and reporting tax monthly and yearly. Also I responsible to make sure all the transaction is tax included.
