Managed two OET offices (Covington & Airport locations) which included opening/closing of the Covington location. Oversaw daily operations of the Kentucky Career Center Covington location, ensuring proceedings were facilitated smoothly. Developed and recommended policy and procedural changes to increase efficiency. Successfully resolved employer, customer, partner agency, and personnel issues and complaints including unemployment insurance decisions, charge-ability, filing claims, and employment services. Reviewed staff time sheets and submitted personnel vacancy and new position justification requests for all offices.
