Dealer Advocate
As a Dealer Advocate with PureCars, I work with automotive dealerships in SF Bay Area on incorporating our web-based products. I work closely with various management inside the dealerships: General Manager, Internet Director, General Sales Manager, Used Car Manager and Pre-owned sales team.Responsibilities:- market and sell PureCars products to automotive dealerships- assist with the set up process- schedule and conduct training of dealership staff on how to use the solutions- monthly in person follow ups- assist dealerships with any support needs- assist our collection department with payment needs if necessary- provide follow up training sessions as needed- general understanding of automotive dealership sales processes and needs.As a Dealer Consultant with PureCars, I work with dealerships on incorporating our web-based products; I train dealerships on best practices, act as a support liaison, and assist them in gaining the pinnacle of success from PureCars.PureCars works in conjunction with web providers, inventory management companies, and vehicle history reporting companies like CARFAX, AutoCheck and DealerRater, to produce a Value Report on dealerships pre-owned vehicles. These "Value Reports" are linked to a subscribed dealership's website and help to educate customers on the value added benefits of that dealership's particular vehicle above similar vehicles for sale in the market.
