I have a strong background in our Factory planning system and was a superuser in JD Edwards’s enterprise planning system. Inventory accuracy, team development, and implementation of our material flow stages were my focus. My duties included activities supporting Safety, inventory accuracy, productivity, training.

Work with CI Coach and Value Stream Coaches to align their CI activities and strategies with the lean material flow. I have driven inventory reductions through visual management practices such as Value Stream Mapping, one-piece flow, material pull systems, and Kanban. I have led PDCA, Kaizen, and Green Belt events that align with company strategic objectives.

Duties included scheduling production runs of component departments and final assembly, data maintenance, labor requirement, capacity planning, Kanban inventory levels, and material flow. I managed multiple production transfers project between plants. I was trained in the MPRS system, JD Edwards, Citrix application, and Factory Planner function as well as a qualified trainer.
