Experienced Administrative Assistant with a demonstrated history of working in the educational field. Strong administrative professional, I am skilled in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and data entry, among others. Working closely with the Technology Coordinator and responsible for all technological inventory for the entire district, as well as generating reports when required. Instrumental in the facilitation of our annual substitute teacher training, and responsible for creating and distributing employee badges for everyone in our district. I also work directly with the Pre-K Director for our program, and I am directly involved in our annual Pre-K and Kindergarten Registration. I am the LEA and responsible party for the successful completion of all paperwork, as well as all required documents per the State of Tennessee Voluntary Pre-K Program. I also help to coordinate the Pre-K graduation ceremony each year.
