  Our aim is to stamp out fraudulent and biased recruitment & selection practices carried out by people from the Teesside/Cleveland area in England, UK. Typically Middlesbrough, Guisborough, Stockton, Darlington, Billingham and Yarm.Major oil & gas construction and commissioning projects worldwide are being hijacked by the commonly known 'Teesside Mafia' and turned into 'postcode projects' - costing major companies and taxpayers millions of pounds in well orchestrated and engineered delays. Activities include:1. Selection of unskilled candidates who live in areas where their postcode starts: TS__ ___2. Falsifying references by getting fellow 'postcode friends' in pretending to be their line manager on a previous contract.3. Teesside Supervisors giving fellow Teesside employees unnecessary overtime and - giving the mafia a rather generous lifestyle.4. Experienced people with 20-30 years knowledge having their CV's thrown out from the application process because they do not live in an area with a postcode starting TS__ ___.These fraudulent activities result in companies NOT getting the right calibre of personnel required for the senior and/or trade positions and, projects being delayed extensively and delivered below standard. It is these Supervisors and Discipline Leads that we aim to expose.From our experience of the worlds most costliest and over-budget projects, the 'Teesside Mafia' are the common denominator.Over the coming months & years we intend to highlight HR departments worldwide to this practice, resulting in real and genuine experienced workers being snuffed out at the expense of Teesside family members and friends being brought in with barely 2 or 3 years post apprenticeship experience.We find it astonishing how and why HR Departments have not recognised a flood of CV's all coming from the same area in the UK.
