Responsible for the verification and identification of bulk product labeling revisions for container labels, inserts and medication guides. Verify product identification and insure proper storage conditions. Review and approve receiving documentation including quarantines. Approve and release components for use in repackaging. Perform incoming inspection; approval and release of finished goods received from our outsourced partners. Perform system transfers as needed. Process returns and finished product retains. Adheres to all 5S and lean six sigma practices established in the workplace. Promotes and practices all cGMP and FDA regulations. Create and use of excel spread sheets for accurate documentation of incoming/ outsourced product.

Performs In-Process Quality checks. Reviews batch documentation for accuracy. Provides feedback to operators on paperwork errors. Ensures any corrections are made before the end of the production run. Checks in production runs for production rooms and verifies labeling components issued to the run. Performs clean checks. Inspects and releases/or rejects assembled repackaging material to production per all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Actively engages and participates in continuous improvement initiatives. Adheres to all 5S and lean six sigma practices established in the workplace. Partners with other QA Technicians and other Operations associates to promote cGMP and efficient operations resulting in meeting production and quality goals.
