As a Curriculum Team Leader(CTL) I oversee curriculum development to ensure adequate lesson planning and budget preparation. Responsible for establishing agendas, supervising contractual meetings and in-service days, and disseminate information within the school in collaboration with curriculum supervisors and other curriculum team leaders. Work to obtain horizontal and vertical alignment with other curriculum team leaders. Maintain inventory of supplies and books. Work with curriculum supervisors and administration on budget and purchase orders. Organize and disseminate state and local assessments which could include analyzing, evaluating and scanning information. Collaborate with curriculum supervisors to create action plans based on MCAS analysis and present information to department or school.

Collaborate with union members and school committee members on new teacher contract.
