Dee Thomas is a music industry entrepreneur and inspirational advocate for women. Her unique career journey includes a GRAMMY nomination as a choral director, record breaking marketing and sales for musical theater productions, and more than a decade of service in collegiate admissions leadership. Dee has a divinely personal investment in helping women across generations and cultures to advance in every area of their life. The Arkansas native graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Arts in Radio and Television, and a minor in Vocal Performance. Building onto her educational foundation of communication and media, Dee gained natural success in higher education, banking, and public relations by prioritizing strategic relationship building, servant-leadership, and continuous learning. This approach echoes her personal values and professional expertise as evidenced through her results-driven success in establishing partnerships with prospective students, budding entrepreneurs, executive leaders, businesses, community partners, media, and the general public.As Founder and Owner of N-Spire One Consulting, she provides vocal coaching for multi-genre live and studio performances, music direction, management and consulting, and public speaking for music workshops and team building engagements. For over twenty years, her musical aptitude has enabled her to travel abroad to 11 countries including Austria, Finland, Italy, and Japan. She has worked with community, church, and collegiate choirs, industry greats, and for events including the CMA Country Christmas, Stellar Awards, and Dove Awards. In 2018, Dee led the curation and debut of Nashville Women United in Worship, a 100-voice women’s choir in Nashville, TN. The effort combined music with women’s empowerment and elevation. The choir was presented through sponsorship from her vast network of businesses, organizations, and music industry talent who partnered in rehearsals, giveaways, and the culminating concert.Dee Thomas currently serves as the Director of the Miles College Women's Business Center. As a premiere project powered by the U.S. Small Business Administration, the MCWBC supports entrepreneurs with a particular focus on minority women owned business, through cohort-based and monthly workshop training, mentoring, and business counseling. She stands firm in the motto, “Nurturing people and their passions provides lifelong benefits that authentically serve the individual, and positively contribute to our shared world.”
