-Coordinate the 4-H Community Central (Child, Youth, Family at Risk) extracurricular education program for CooperativeExtension in Greater Portland -Orchestrate co-curricular teen clubs and after-school STEM learning activities at Portland Housing Authority Study Centers for K-8th graders)-Coordinate and chaperone educational trips for teens-Report on program outcomes, market program, and manage funds-Create ways to reach under-served youth through an equitable lens-Support grant managers to secure external grants, funds and contracts for program expansionand sustainability-Share new educational materials used in programming with Extension colleagues across thestate and nation-Use educational technology and instructional design principles to enhance program expansion and reach new audiences-Build productive relationships with internal and external constituencies

-Teach a range of gymnastics classes to students(/parents) ranging from ages 3 months through 10 years old-Instruct, demonstrate skills to, and spot gymnasts (teach parents how to spot in parent child classes)-Register new students, process payments, and track attendance using Heartland and Wellness Living software-Open and close facilities -Host Open Gym events

-Design and implement monthly wellness-program schedule-Network with local professionals to collaborate on interdisciplinary activities-Maintain annual DSP, CRMA, NCI, CPR, First Aid, & Lifeguard trainings-Submit reports and daily notes in timely fashion-Administer medication, expedite conflict resolution, orchestrate on-site safety drills, safely transport clients-Apply for and attend professional development events

-Ensure welcoming spa environment for customers, operate business software to efficiently schedule appointments and process sales, answer customer inquiries, recommend products and services in knowledgeable and courteous fashion, conduct tours of and deep clean facility-Serve 60+ customers per shift

-Aid clients to access economic opportunities through capacity building within Catholic Charities Refugee and Immigration Employment Services.-Orchestrate employer outreach and management, support grant reporting efforts (quarterly and trimester report input), and support employment case managers with administration of programming. -Update and present multicultural outreach programs to internal and external organizations.

-Design and Implement lesson plans, self market classes via graphic design + social networking-Enroll new students and process payments, open and close studio

-Coordinate resources, operate facilities, advise peers, serve as orientation/administrative liaison-Develop program management skills (data management, scheduling and record keeping, research, facilities maintenance), Expound upon interpersonal communication and organization skills, and implement effective customer service model that meets changing and specific needs of non-traditional students -Manage database of ≈ 500 students

-Provide cordial and knowledgeable customer service to students pursuing an internship -Maintain database of 800+ students, organizing and updating records, and processing paperwork-Monitor and approve employers-Assist with numerous internship and career development events-Conduct class presentations and information sessions-Assist with social media and online presence-Write internship profiles

-Share history of craft, college, and facility with visitors-Demonstrate weaving on loom while answering questions from gallery visitors-Design tutorials exemplifying loom mechanics and parts -Produce six 34” table runners every three months (10 hrs./wk)
