After completing a year of being the Chem 100 SI Mentor, I took on an Administrative role where I managed the SI Program's timesheets, scheduled SI Sessions and meetings, communicated with SI Leaders and SDSU students. After being an SI Leader and SI Mentor, it was rewarding to work behind the scenes and help the SI Program grow and run smoothly!

I started working for Supplemental Instruction (SI) at SDSU in January of 2019 as a Chemistry 100 SI Leader. My role as an SI Leader was to attend class lectures, participate in weekly meetings with coworkers, and design and lead SI Sessions for many students biweekly. I was then promoted to the Chemistry 100 SI Mentor, where I managed and directed my team.
