Foi Coordinator
Registrations Officer
Executive Assistant
Front Office & Reservations Agent
Deciding to take a career break and explore somewhere new in Australia, I secured a role at Pumphouse Point, Lake St Clair Tasmania. This was a wonderful opportunity for me to take time out from corporate Sydney, and enjoy a stunning and unique experience working and living in the Tasmanian Central Highlands, while also having the opportunity to spend time exploring this incredibly beautiful island state. Primarily a guest services role, communicating professionally by phone, email and in person, with various queries regarding reservations, and travel in the local area, and interacting with guests, providing superior service and customer experience. It also involved managing front office procedures and practices, end-of-shift audit and reconciliation of daily finances.
Executive Assistant
I was employed in the Institutional Banking segment at ANZ Bank, where I directly supported the Head of Specialised Industries. Extensive diary management was key in this role, including arranging meetings with internal and external stakeholders across Sydney and Melbourne offices, and international video and phone conferencing. Additionally, further operational support I provided included organising team and client events, travel bookings, monitoring emails and liaising with clients, expense reconciliation, document preparation, electronic filing, and assisting the wider team with their administrative requirements.I was proud of the relationships I built in my time with ANZ Bank, and believe excellent communication skills and collaborative relationships were essential to supporting my Executive and contributing to the wider team dynamic.
Executive Assistant
Commencing at PwC in the Private Clients division, where I supported two Partners with extremely large client portfolios of private business owners and high net wealth individuals. This was a very collaborative role with various other staff in the team, to ensure my Partners were achieving their clients’ outcomes. High level diary and inbox management, and direct contact with clients daily, were key elements of this role. Further to this was document preparation, timesheets, expense reconciliation, travel bookings and monthly invoicing. I also made the most of an internal opportunity to gain experience in the Audit team and supported three very busy Partners with a focus on extensive audit jobs for large corporate companies. This was a very different dynamic to Private Clients, but was again a very collaborative role with the team to manage client expectations.
Office Coordinator
As my first introduction to a corporate office environment, this role was incredibly useful and allowed me many opportunities to develop new administrative skills. As a reception-based role, I was first point of contact for all clients and contractors. Further to this, I managed the diaries for two Managers, their travel bookings, ordered all office supplies, organised staff events, managed all office I.T. and business phone requirements, and document preparation in predominantly MS Word and PowerPoint.
