• Responsible for executive search engagements (leadership hiring) across a wide range of vertical industries including Industrial, Consumer products, information technology and other diversified markets.• Mentoring and guiding peers for different secondary data and business research projects that includes company and industry profiles.• Involved in handling research projects including company and industry reports on different sectors including technology, Industrial, energy, Financial and other diversified market sectors.• Preparing organisational charts, segment performance reports, SWOT analysis, M&A history, ratio analysis and key developments in company profiles.• Team handling

•Responsible for Creating Executive and Board Profiles for multiple industry group along with indentification of the potential candidates•Preparing reports on different industries which includes company profile, organization structures, financial reporting, strategies and development of the company•Tools expertise : CapIQ, Lexis due diligence, Factiva, Boardex
