• Working on requirements like Technical/ Non- Technical, Internal Data, Job portals etc. to achieve targets• Evaluation of candidates for the requirements based on soft skills, technical skills, experience and qualification.• Experience on the entire Recruitment process Screening, Scheduling, and Interviewing.• Provide end- to- end recruitment services to the clients and candidates.• Use Standard Job portals to source potential candidates and proactively search and shortlist from LinkedIn and other social networking sites. • Job Posting on the portals to increase the pool of candidates.• Understanding & analyzing the requirement of the position based on specifications.• Match the skill sets of the candidates as per the job description and schedule interviews.• Responsible of identifying talent that meets specific client’s requirements.• Performing reference checks for the shortlisted candidates post there interviews.• Following up on the interviews process status and maintain data accordingly.
